To Chairpersons and Presenters

To Chairpersons

1. Please register at the Organizer reception at each session hall by 15min. before the session.
2. There will be a seat at the front right of the hall for chairman. To save time, ask for participants with any questions to line up in front of the microphone.
3. Please be punctual of the time of the session.
4. In this years meeting, either English and Japanese will be used in each session. English will have EN, Japanese will have JP in the Program. We recommend English to be used in the discussion after the session, but will not eliminate Japanese.

To Symposium Speakers

1. LCD Projectors will be used at the Symposium. Please see 'About the PC Presentation' for details.
2. In this years meeting, either English and Japanese will be used in each session. English will have EN, Japanese will have JP in the Program. We recommend English to be used in the discussion after the session, but will not eliminate Japanese.

To Presentation Speakers

1. LCD Projectors will be used at the　Presentation. Please see 'About the PC Presentation' for details.
2. The presentation time will be 12min. A title(9min presentation, 3min questions). Please be punctual of the time. Speakers must be seated at the front left seat, 15 min. before the presentation.
3. In this years meeting, either English and Japanese will be used in each session. English will have EN, Japanese will have JP in the Program. We recommend English to be used in the discussion after the session, but will not eliminate Japanese.

About the PC Presentation

1. All Presentations at this meeting will be done by using LCD Projectors. Speakers are asked to bring their own PC for this presentation. If you have not notified the PC brand and model, please call the 21st JSSX Annual Meeting Secretariat immediately.
2. The projecter at the hall has the mini D-Sub15 pin connection. Please check your power output for your PC. Please bring a output terminal if you need one.
   
   
3. Screensaver and power saving function must be cancelled.
4. Resolution should be set to 1024x768.
5. Please bring an AC adapter.
6. For precaution, please bring a backup data (USB memory, CD-R, MO disc (no more than 640MB).
7. If there are large datas for figures, such as color graphics, please have enough memory in software. The PC may freeze otherwise.
8. Please be at the hall before 15min before the start of the session, and set your PC at the PC operator seat near the speaker.
