Please make registration using the Registration Form in this web page below within a period from May 1 (Mon) to November 20 (Mon). Thereafter, the Registration Form will be closed, and only the on-site registration at the meeting is accepted. Please note that the seats for the banquet are limited, and early registration is recommended.

Period for early registration fees:
from May 1 (Mon) to October 10 (Tue), 2006

Period for regular registration (on-site) fees:
from October 11 (Wed) on, 2006

If you could not register on-line, fill in the printed Registration Form, and Fax it to the Meeting Secretariat.
To the early registrants who paid for the registration fees, abstract book and name card will be sent early in November.
