In case of “overseas study, overseas employment, long-term medical treatment, childbirth/child care, etc.”, you may submit an absence from membership. Please use this form to complete the procedure. Or, please download the following file, fill it out, and send it by e-mail as an attachment to the Secretariat’s e-mail address maf-jssx@mynavi.jp.
For those who reside overseas
In the case of “studying or working abroad,” the above-mentioned self-suspension system is available, but there is also an overseas residence notification system that allows you to pay the membership fee and continue your membership during your stay abroad. Please fill out this form to apply. Or, download the file below, fill it out, and send it by e-mail as an attachment to the Secretariat’s e-mail address maf-jssx@mynavi.jp.
