Thank you for your continued support and participation in the activities of the Japanese Pharmacokinetics Society.
On February 28, it was announced that Metaps Payments, Inc., the company used by the society for payment of membership fees, had an unauthorized access to its database, resulting in a partial leak of payment information. As a result of our investigation, we found that credit card information of some of the Society members may have been leaked, and we have contacted the relevant members individually to explain the situation. We will share this information with our members.

As for the Society, the possibility of information leakage from the “Payment Information Database” has been individually identified. The “Token-based Credit Card Payment Information Database” and the “Merchant Information Database” are not applicable.
