Overview
Microphysiological system (MPS) reproduces in vitro the connections between organs and tissues in vivo by overcoming the challenges of conventional in vitro culture. In this DIS, we will share cutting-edge knowledge on pharmacokinetic and safety prediction research using human tissues and propose what MPS can do to overcome the Death Valley in drug discovery research.
