      • Fiscal year 2023 (September 1, 2022 – August 31, 2023)

If you wish to join in the following fiscal year or later, please apply for membership after the next fiscal year (e.g., requests for membership starting in fiscal year 2024 during fiscal year 2023 will not be accepted).
Even if you applied in error, please make your payment after the first day (9/1) of the fiscal year in which you wish to become a member. Please pay close attention to the date of payment, as the “date payment is made” is your membership registration date and it is difficult to revert the data.

  3. If you are a working student, you will be treated as a regular member.
